Venture Clothing Shipping Policy
At Venture Club, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy regarding processing times, shipping methods, costs, and other important information.
Processing Times
Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delays: While we do our best to deliver within the aforementioned timeframes, shipments may sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or transport disruptions.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard Shipping: For standard shipping within the Netherlands, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order.
International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery Times: Standard shipping within the Netherlands usually takes 2-5 business days. For international shipments, delivery times can vary from 5-15 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.
Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected at a pickup point, we will contact you for further instructions. Any additional shipping costs may be your responsibility.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Damage During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@venture-clothing.com with your order number and photos of the damaged products. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
