Thank you for your purchase from Venture Club. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Process
Requesting a Return:
To initiate a return, email our customer service team at contact@venture-clothing.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping:
Please securely package your item and include the RMA number in the package. Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Processing:
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Timing:
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as for items with obvious signs of use or missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@venture-clothing.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
